Terms & Conditions - Design Delight

1. Project Confirmation & Payments

1.1. Project shuru karne ke liye 50% advance payment compulsory hai.

1.2. Baaki 50% payment project completion ke baad, final files deliver karne se pehle liya jayega.

1.3. Long-term clients ke liye monthly billing available hai (as discussed).

2. Refund Policy

2.1. 50% advance payment hone ke baad aur work start hone ke baad koi refund applicable nahi hoga.

2.2. Refund sirf us situation me consider hoga jab project abhi start hi nahi hua ho ya koi work deliver nahi hua ho.

3. Revisions

3.1. Har project me reasonable number of revisions include hain (as mentioned in the respective plan).

3.2. Excessive revisions or additional changes that were not part of the original brief may be charged separately.

4. Delivery Timeline

4.1. All projects will be delivered within the mutually agreed timeline.

4.2. Client feedback me delay hoga to timeline automatically extend ho jayegi.

4.3. Urgent or express delivery extra charges par provide ki ja sakti hai.

5. Content & Information

5.1. Client ko project ke liye zaruri content (images, logo, brand details, text, references) timely provide karna hoga.

5.2. Agar content na mile to project delivery delay ho sakti hai.

6. Copyright & Usage

6.1. Final payment ke baad hi client final designs ke full usage rights receive karega.

6.2. Design Delight apne portfolio, social media aur promotional materials me final designs showcase kar sakta hai (unless the client requests confidentiality).

7. Communication & Approvals

7.1. All approvals must be given in writing (email, WhatsApp, or message).

7.2. Once a design is approved, further major changes will be considered as a new request and may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Client agar project cancel karta hai after starting the work, to advance payment non-refundable hai.

8.2. If the designer cancels for any unavoidable reason, refund will be processed proportionally for the unfinished portion.

9. Additional Services

9.1. Video editing, ad campaign management, logo design, branding, or any service not included in the selected plan will be charged separately.

9.2. Scope increase during project will require an updated quotation.

10. Agreement

Starting the project means the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
